The House of Toya Catour was founded in 2019 and launched in 2020 by an amazing woman with a vision that exceeds excellence. The nose of the house is Master Perfumer Milton Warren.

Toya Catour is a niche luxury fragrance house that specializes in (Urban Vogue) unique, remarkable extrait de parfum concentrations of the highest. Urban Vogue is an expression of fashion, retro, eclectic, vintage, modern, art, freedom, rebellion and androgynous all in one. As a brand, our goal is to bring forth a new era of fragrance. A new approach, a new ideal, a new concept, a new formulation and composition, a new way of perfume (fragrance) expression that includes the world in a way that has never been done before. We aim to change the view point of perfumes being seen as an option to one being a necessity. A necessity of ones core essence and confidence. Toya Catour is a glimpse into the future.  A new beginning that we would like you all to be a part of.
